Lakes Runner shop, Ambleside

We are expanding the services we are offering to runners at Lakes Runner in Ambleside, I thought it may interest some members of Keswick AC. Is there any chance you could forward it on to the members of your club? Obviously they will already know John Beetham well!

Good luck on the Relays,
Cheers
Ian
