Lambfoot 10k
Hi. Is anyone doing this tomorrow (Tueaday) night and want to car share? And does anyone know the route? I can't open the link to the map on the Derwent AC website. I am guessing that the route heads from Cockerouth School out towards Embleton then turns left up past the golf course, and then left again back to the school - or vice versa. Is that right? Q

That's the course -a fairly fast first mile or two towards Embleton, very steep pull up the bank to the golf course, turn right up the lane for a couple hundred yards (just to make up the distance) about-turn and return back to the start via a long straight run in on which you can pick up some speed if yr in the mood.
