The first race in the British Open Fell Runners Association (BOFRA) championship 2009 was the 2.6 miles and 1200’ of the Sedbergh Gala race. Chris Edis ran the steep climb of Winder fell and descent back to the showfield in 20.56 to secure 3rd place –very well done Chris.
