Unfortunately this great little race in Borrowdale fell this year between club fell-championship race Latrigg last week, and road-championship counter Moorclose 10K tomorrow, so just one Keswick AC lad at the race this year –Allan Buckley finished 3rd MV60 and 54th in a time of 1.30.02. Rob Jebb (Bingley) finished first (49.21) after a win at Fairfield on the Saturday and at the Fred Whitton one week before. Hazel Robinson (Ambleside) won the ladies race in 1.01.38.
