Keswick Half Marathon –Sunday 3rd May

The Keswick Half Marathon run on Sunday, was won by James Bulman of North Yorks Moors in a time of 1.12.30, from Russell Maddams (1.14.23), and Phil Winskill (1.18.04), with Paula Adams first lady home in 1.30.35. Keswick AC: Ben Farrell was the fastest of the men in 1.24.21 and Debbie Edgington in 1.44.59, the fastest of the ladies.

Hi Steve
You missed me out! It was my first time and I'm chuffed with my efforts. I did it in 1.51.13, but the results have me down wrong! I'm listed under Kendal AC and shown as 1.51.24, but I'll forgive them that ha-ha

Now ammended, thanks...and well done Diane on a great run -7th FV40, your time was only just shy of the RRC bronze standard -and you could expect to run several minutes faster over a less hilly course.

Wow, that's good to know! I just ran out of steam between 10 and 12 miles, then picked up again from 12. Next time I'll try harder!
