A really competitive field for this race in the Howgills, with John Heneghan, Jim Davies & Morgan Donnelly taking the top three spots. First lady was Ruth Metcalfe of Eryri followed by Nicola Davies & Wendy Dodds.
Debbie Thompson was representing Keswick finishing in a time of 57:45, as was Colin Valentine who finished in 46:41 which was much faster than last year (49:54) and demonstrating Colin's good early season form.
