Todays run over Ard Crags, Knott Rigg and Robinson was enjoyed by several club members. After awakening to a msity damp morning in cockermouth it was a real reward to get up high and run above the clouds in 'costa del newlands'. Amazing views good company and a pint to finish it off. Lynn - hope you enjoyed your run back over causey.

Yes, a cracking run; sun-tan lotion the next time we're out. As steve is a geek he sat down with wainwright and an OS and worked out the run was 8miles and 3000ft of ascent. Good work all.
Ah well someone had to work and it was me! Only 8 miles - I'd have claimed 10 for that one ;-)
