Following Tuesday's run, there is an updated Ranking List for the 5m time trial around the town on the Club Web. We have a new leader.
Pete's Parlauf if next Tuesday, 5 Feb, followed by pub social at the Pheasant. Please be at the Rawnsley Pav for 6pm to sort out the pairings before the warm-up.
Thursday's training is a choice between a torchlit Fartlek session over Latrigg or a social run around town.
