I am planning to run in the Lancaster half marathon on Sun 8 Nov. If anyone else is going and wants to share a car, email me (q.merritt@tiscali.co.uk) or call me (017687 72730). I think the race starts at 11am, so I was thinking of leaving Kesiwck at about 9am.

Good luck Quentin. You'll fly through it the way you are going at the moment! I'm thinking of doing the Brampton to Carlisle run in a few weeks (as long as calf is better!)
