On the back of his recent victory in Wales (see below) Chris Edis was out again for the Ambleside Guides Race finishing 8th in 16:47. The winner was Mercia's Simon Bailey in in 14:41 followed by the Addisons coming in second and third, Tom in 15:17 and Mark 15:33 respectively.
1st lady and 1st LU23 was Keswick's Rosie Stuart who finished in 20:44. A comfortable victory for Rosie with second lady Judith Marshall (Settle Harriers) over a couple of minutes behind in 23:14.
