Podiatry, anyone?

Having tried physio and massage to cure my persistent / recurrent calf strain (soleus, not gastrocnemius, according to my physio), I am now thinking of going to see Andrew Stanley (podiatrist) at the Rebound Clinic in Settle. I have resisted this so far because I am reluctant to become dependent on orthotics. But I'm now pretty desperate. Has anyone any experience of this? If so, did it work? Any other thoughts? Thanks. Quentin

Quentin, I tried Andrew Stanley a few years back and the orthotics he made have really sorted out my knee and ankle problems although I am dependent on them now. My feet still look hideous but at least they don't hurt anymore.

Quentin,
Andrew Stanley works with us at fishers from time to time and He is very succsesful in treating such complaints. He may well suggest you try superfeet. You can try these for 60 days and get your money back if no benefit. Come and see me in the shop. I am also re-training as a remedial masage therapist and I am looking for volunteers for case studies and would be glad to give you some free treatment! John.
