Mourne Mountains Race
Is anyone planning on entering the Mourne Mountains race on April the fifth? Looks like fun, and I guess there might be a chance of some easy points if the masses are reluctant to travel to Northern Ireland.
Saturday 5th April, flying Easyjet from Glasgow-Belfast dep. 0700, returning Easyjet 2100hrs. £20 each way...P.S -I think it looks in no way, shape or form 'like fun'.
Is there a team going to this race?. If so there could be funding to help with the cost of travel. Let me know before the next committee meeting which is on 26th February.

The week-end is a good one - Dave T, Dunc, Nimrod and myself used to drive over every year.
Don't expect easy points, thpugh, all the superstars will be there.
