Final reminder: LCDP Flexibility workshop @Braithwaite Village Hall -tomorrow

The next LCDP workshop in Cumbria will be delivered by coach and National Coach Development Programme mentee, Sam Ayers, and will provide coaches with practical advice for developing flexible athletes.

Time: 18:30-21:00

Location: Braithwaite Village Hall

Cost: £5 (payable on the night)
