The final race in the Lancaster 5K series takes place this Saturday the 29th September from the Salt Ayre Leisure Centre in Lancaster. The race starts at 18:30.

Well done to Jenn Mattinson finishing third female and securing a massive PB in the process (20:36). Also to John Beetham (17:01) and Carl Bell (15:56) also gaining comprehensive PBs. Great running.
