Lakeland races in mid april?
Anyone know of any flat/long races on in mid April in the Lakes. I see only the Coledale (not flat) and Langdale (too flat) - maybe I'm too fussy. Free from 14-18 April
Just do the Coledale Horseshoe -one of the best lakeland races in the calendar. If you really dont want to run on the hills, I think you're right that 14th-18th you're pretty much limited to Langdale as far as I can see. Hyndburn 10K Trail Race on the 17th if you're prepared to travel to Lancashire.
If you can stretch to April 13th there is the club's own Round the Houses, 5.3 miles, 7.00pm from the Cricket Pavillion.
