We are taking a car down to Blackburn next weekend -Sunday 11th July for the Pennine Lancashire 5K Home Countries International Road Race Challenge, 2010 England Athletics 5K Road Champs and Northern Athletics 5K Road Champs. Details here. We could squeeze a couple more people in if anyone wants to come along for a fast 5K -get in touch.
