This weekend sees the third year of running of this little race up Knipe Scar from the Bampton Sports Day.

From Bampton Village Hall, nr Haweswater. Part of Bampton Sports Day. Gates open at 1pm. £2.50 entry to field then race 50p. Kids races for toddlers upwards. Records: Male; M. Addison –38:40 (2008) female; M. Hyder -44:02 (2009).
