Moel Siabod -Saturday 18th July

The annual Capel Curig carnival, Bewts-y-Coed hosts the 5.8m/2300' Moel Siabod race. This year, blessed with dry weather and the summit clear of cloud, Lloyd Taggart won in a good time of 49.18, with the ladies race won by Jackie Lee in 62.18. Chris Edis made a good showing to finish 3rd in 55.55 from Craig Jones of Eryri in 55.48.
