Well done to Gary Hadwin the only Keswick AC runner to take on the 5m/2000’ Blisco Dash on wednesday with a run of 65.37 for 47th. The race this year was won by Chris Waters (Ambleside AC) in 41.08. The first lady was Helm Hill junior, Mel Hyder in a time of 51.31.
