Now all we need is a willing individual to write a race report for the Reminder. Perhaps one of the racing snakes at the sharp end of the field could describe the action as it unfolded? Should anyone feel particularly eager then please email it to me (iandavversdavies@yahoo.co.uk).

You weren't so far from the 'sharp end' yourself. -1:59:48 is a most respectable time...i think you should write the report.
I might add, that there's some great photos of the day on the websites of Northumberland Fell Runners, and Borrowdale Fell Runners.
Look at the photos, but don't 'borrow' any of them for the write-up. Weve been in trouble for that before :-)
Any KAC members got any pics of our runners that we could use for a race report?
yes look but don't touch!. Shame I wasn't there, you are always welcome to use my photos so long as I get a credit and a bundle of used notes in a sealed envelope.
