Just a quick email to confirm that the Arnison Dash fell race will be held
as part of Ullswater Country Fair on Sunday, 26 June 2013. The start time is
2.00 pm and registration will be open from 1.00 pm (ish!). This is a lovely 2
mile/3 km fell race with about 1000 ft/300 m of climbing ... and some fabulous
views of the Ullswater valley if you get chance to stand and stare. There is
also lots going on at the Ullswater Country Fair.
Due to a change of email and outstanding incompetence on my part, I failed
to get the race info in the printed FRA calendar this year, but I will still be
on King George V playing field at Patterdale on Sunday, 26 June with a stop
watch and a flagged course. Your club have been amazing in supporting our small
race in the past, so we hope to see you on the start line this year.
