Laura Cowley and family are visiting Keswick next week. Laura is a pretty serious marathoner (PB of 2:44 at last year's London Marathon - yes, really - see link below) and is looking to do a long road run on Sunday 11 March. Sounds like a good chance for members to get a long training run ..... what a shame that I will be working!.
