New British and European 10k record
Mo Farrah has smashed the British and European 10k record. Astonishing run. Full story here.
Amazing -that's a step up to be on terms with the likes of Merga who looked impressive taking the win in the World XC in Portugal in March.
BBC coverage of the meeting tonight from 1900 BBC Red Button and on the BBC Sport website. Chris Thompson was to be in action in the rarely raced two-mile aswell acording to Athletics Weekly -they had Farah down for this too though so schedule could be knacked.
