Lambfoot Loop 10k - 24 May

Another successful outing for KAC, with 3 in the top 4, 4 in the top 6 and 5 in the top 10. Russell Maddams won, ahead of Phil Winskill, with Ian Davies finishing in 4th to confirm his recent return to form following injury. A great run from Libby Graham, too, finishing a close 2nd in the women's race. (Just think what she'd do if she trained properly, said Dan!) Times were down on last week's Moorclose 10k, but this course is a couple of mins slower thanks to the beast of a hill from Embleton up past the golf course. Plenty of good performances elsewhere from KAC men and women - well done to all. For full results, see here.
