Hi Nicky
I tried to reply to your comment but for some reason I was being told my password was incorrect but it was right!
The route is about 5 miles long with a steep ascent, but the rest of it a nice run along the top. I've never done it before but everyone says it's one of the nicest runs and that even though I'm a beginner I'll be ok. I'm not that fast either. If you would like to run with me just send me an email on Diwhys@hotmail.com

Yes I am hoping to come down in the morning, are you wearing trail or fell shoes? We are on our way to Kendal as I need to do a recce for school trip so if I can get organised we should be there about 10.30am. I'll be in a pair of black skins with blue stiching (not very flattering!) and a red top. Do hope I make it, Nicky

I have tried to send you an email but that wouldn't send, we aren't having much luck are we!

Hi Nicky
I looked out for you at St John's Church but didn't see you. Perhaps we will have more luck next time! I was really pleased with my time. There wasn't many of us running but it was a great route to have a go on.
Hope to meet you soon.

Pleased you had a good run, we were a little late and came down the road towards the church but turned back about 11.30 when we couldn't see anyone. Is that where you all parked, at the church? I am hoping to do the 3 mile time trial on the 17th and then go to the massage talk so perhaps I'll see you there!

Hi Nicky

Yes, we parked at the church. We set off just after 11am. I'll probably be there on the 17th too, so we will have to look out for one another!
