Track sessions in Whitehaven

A few of us are going to the all-weather (floodlit) track at Whitehaven to do 400/800 rep sessions. We will probably be going once a fortnight, starting on Thurs 21 Oct. We will be leaving Keswick at 5pm. There is a fee of a few pounds (£2.50 or £3 we think) per person per session. If you are interested in joing us, feel free to contact me or Jo.
