Results from the challenging Lambfoot Loop 10km race in Cockermouth midweek, are now online HERE.
The Derwent AC organised race which takes in the steep climb to Cockermouth golf club from Embleton was a 5.5-miler last year, but has been extended to make 6.2m/10km which resulted in an increased turn out and good racing.
Well done to those Keswick AC folk making the long trip along the A66 -some good results.

Great result from Ian, it's only a matter of time before he wins a race. A tough course, maybe a good choice for next year's club's championship.
