County x-country championships 14th Dec
Results for County Championships at Netherhall last weekend are on the following website...
...And the final race of the Cumbria x country league is at Carlisle, Sheepmount athletics stadium, Saturday 3rd January.
Recommended to anyone for a good fast run. Pack system will operate as usual -first pack sets off 3 minutes up on the middle pack, and 6 up on the fast boys at the rear.
