For those that missed the incredible 10,000m race at the Prefontaine Classic meet last weekend where Mo Farah set a new British and European record and world lead, or were disappointed at the poor highlights (of the last two laps of the race!) shown on the BBC, there is a video well worth a watch of the full race HERE.
There is also athletics on the TV tonight -live coverage of the Bislett Games in Oslo, the fifth meeting in the 2011 Diamond League, on BBC3 from 7-9pm.
There is also a terrific video of the Zegama-Aizkorri Maraton Alpina race from a couple of weeks ago HERE. The record of 3:54:18 for the 42km/2736m course was set by Rob Jebb in 2005. This year's race was the second in the International Skyrunning Federation 2011 World Series.

Interesting to see Mo's tactics - running right at the back of the main group for so long, and even getting a bit detached at one point quite late on, then only moving into contention in the final mile and winding it up from there. Awesome performance. World class.
The race set a record for the greatest number of athletes under 27 minutes ever in one race -nine, the previous best being six, while the finishing time was the fastest since Kenenisa Bekele's win in the 2009 World Championships.
It is the first time a British man has broken a European distance record on the track since Steve Cram in 1985 (2000m in 4:51:39).
