Most of the fixtures for the coming 2013-14 season have now been released, including the dates for the Cumbria, and Mid Lancs Leagues, and the Northern and National Cross Country.
A friendly league with a number of low key races suited to all standards. All senior races start 1.10pm, junior races at all fixtures start from 12 noon.

Dec 7th: Keswick, Fitz Park (incorporates Cumbria AA Vets Championship)

Mid Lancs League:
Bigger fields than Cumbria League, and a better standard of competition, well worth the extra drive.

The championships will be held on January 25th 2014. The club will be looking to finish strong teams again, no limit to number of runners. These championships are usually pre-entry only with closing date at end of December -contact stevenhebblethwaite @ hotmail.com.
